As a temp at Hansen & Company, I worked with the subject matter expert to learn, understand and create step-by-step training material for the ReporterBase 8 software used by court reporters to upload and publish all exhibits needed by the courts.

Textbook Program
Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design

At one point, Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (Rmcad) included textbooks as part of tuition. During this time I worked closely with our vendor to ensure all student schedules were uploaded correctly to ensure each student received the books associated with their classes. Any schedule changes that occurred required manual corrections. This occurred when students had last minute schedule changes or if they dropped a class during the add-drop period. I was also tasked to ensure all books sent out before the drop or schedule changes were returned to our vendor.

While working on the textbook program Rmcad had a leadership change that decided books would no longer be provided through tuition and that each student was now required to locate and purchases any required textbook. At this point, was tasked with the reorganization of out textbook program including budgeting, distribution and campus-wide communication. I worked closely with each department chair to create a new book list that ensured all books were reasonably priced. I handled all questions and concerns regarding the new program and was able to create a successful policy change.

Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless is a fortune 500 company that has consistent branding across all store locations. Each store is required to not only display correct collateral but is also required to keep store layout consistent across all locations. In order to do this, I had weekly phone meetings with the corporate office and was tasked with all store redesigns. This included and new promotions as well as any new product launch. In addition, I was responsible for securing all devices with theft prevention equipment.
